Google keeps experimenting with its products to provide users with new interesting features. One of such features that recently landed in Google owned You Tube is Video Speed Statistics.
If you visit the You Tube Video stats page, it gives you the average video speed in past six months. You need to be logged in to view the stats. Moreover, it also gives the stats about other ISPs (Internet Service Providers) in your area, the national average and global average show that you can compare whether your internet speed is fast enough. It may be helpful in case you are thinking to change your ISP.
My six months average video speed is 5.72 Mbps which is lower than the global 6.33 Mbps. What is yours?
