If you have just opted for lifetime membership and you have not seen any updates, here's what you can do.
Send me an email support@itsfoss.com with your transaction detail and the email you use (or want to use) for your It's FOSS membership account.
Please note that lifetime membership activation is a manual process. This is why I encourage you to send me a message as soon as you make the payment. You should hear from me within 24 hours. Do check your spam box, if you do not see a reply in 24-48 hours..
What if you missed to send a message?
If you already made a payment but did not notify me, don't worry. Your lifetime membership will be activated but it may take a day longer. No payment goes unfulfilled.
To speed things up, just drop me an email at support@itsfoss.com and mention your mode of payment and the membership email address.
Must send a message if you used Wise for the payment
There are three mode of payments. Stripe, PayPal and Wise. While the other two capture email address (and hence I can reach out), Wise doesn't have an email address field.
And thus if you made a payment via Wise, and did not notify me, I won't have a way to reach out to you and figure out for which account i should enable the lifetime Plus membership.
Accessing the lifetime Plus membership
When your Plus membership is activated, you can log in and enjoy ad-free reading and download eBooks.
Logging in: Head to https://itsfoss.com/ and click the membership/log-in option. Enter the email address associated with your account and you'll receive a magic login link. No password needed.
What you get: Once logged in, you'll enjoy an ad-free experience across the site. You can also download the Linux command line and other exclusive eBooks from your members page: https://itsfoss.com/plus-member-resources/
