12 Days of Tuxmas: Day 10

PDFs, anyone?

Saving a webpage as PDF used to be an in-demand feature around 2010. Is it still the case? I don't know.

While there are plenty of online tools and browser extensions allow you to save a web page as PDF, I like PrintFriendly the most.

It lets you customize by removing sections of a webpage before saving them as PDF.

And hence, I have added a PrintFriendly button on the sidebar for Plus members on itsfoss.com.

Print PDF option
📋
At present, the processing takes place on PrintFriendly domain. I have opted for their Pro feature which should let you customize and print in-place, in the same tab. However, this feature will be available in a few days when PrintFriendly staff comes back from holidays.

Again, this feature is available for Plus members only. I want Plus members to have some extra advantage without restricting the informative content for anyone.

Does that give you one more reason to opt for Plus membership? I hope so 😄

Take advantage of the current lifetime subscription offer. Get It's FOSS Plus membership forever for a single payment of just $76.

Enjoy the last few days of Tuxmas and holidays 😎
