As they prepare for the upcoming [Rhino Linux 2024.3](https://github.com/orgs/rhino-linux/projects/8/views/2?ref=itsfoss.com) release, the developers [have addressed](https://blog.rhinolinux.org/news-16?ref=itsfoss.com) a long-standing issue where **they have been overworking themselves** when contributing to the Rhino Linux project due to a lack of active contributors. In their post, the devs added that **they are a small group of students who work on the project by staying on top of their personal commitments** like education and employment. This is not the first time they have faced such challenges. Earlier this year, the [Rhino Linux 2024.1 release](https://itsfoss.com/rhino-linux-2024-release/) was delayed due to maintainer burnout, internal conflicts, and the absence of a code of conduct. However, now it looks like that **the developers are focusing on the future of Rhino Linux**, and that's a good thing.
